using virtual numbers
3. If you have a phone system always make sure you don’t
rent more lines than you need
4. Use a laptop rather than a PC - less expensive to run and
easily transported
5. When you purchase a printer make sure you are not buying
one with the most expensive
consumables (could you even receive
money back if you recycled the empty toner cartridges?)
